High level of radiation was detected at a parking lot of a supermarket in Setagaya ward. According to the detailed investigation, it seems to be emitted from underground. It clearly has no relation with the accident of Fukushima nuclear plants because the strength of radiation is too high compared with the measurements of the surrounding area. So, I think someone threw away high level of radioactive substance as waste there in the past. These days, many people are very much concerned about the accumulation of radioactive substances in their own living areas. That's why some of them are checking radiation levels everywhere, and sometimes find some strange spots, where the radiation is quite high.
