In Japan, we have had many local downpours recently, especially at night.
I sometimes watch the news that many commuters got caught in a shower unfortunately and were soaked to the skin on way their home.
It is said that unsettled atmospheric conditions cause this undesirable weather.
That's why I carry my collapsible umbrella with me every day in case it rains unexpectedly.

私は多くの通勤者が不運にも雨に降られて、家に帰る途中にずぶ濡れになったというニュースを時々見ます。
不安定な大気の状態がこの好ましくない天気の原因となっていると言われています。
そういうわけで、私は予期せぬ雨に備えて、毎日折り畳み傘を携帯しています。
